We have created the Onpack VFFS system especially for liquid, semi-liquid, liquid/solid products: hot or cold fill, particulates large or small. Throughout the world, we are working with food processors that are developing an almost limitless array of pumpable and pourable food products. Even those with particulates can be packaged and distributed efficiently in flexible pouches - and they're available in sizes from 6 ounces up to five gallons.
Imagine entire meals from flexible pouches allowing expanded menu offerings and more efficient operation management.
- Entrees like jambalaya, macaroni and cheese, beef stew and chicken broccoli alfredo.
- Sides like chicken noodle soup, chili con carne, Hollandaise and bearnaise sauces, mashed potatoes, gravy and sweet and sour soup.
- Delicious salads and accompaniments like macaroni salad, chicken salad, cole slaw, sliced pickles in brine, olives, sour cream, yogurt, guacamole and salsa. Even a variety of juice concentrates can be packaged in pouches.
- Finish off with desserts made with ingredients like pie fillings, toppings, sauces, syrups and donut fillings.
We've also engineered a fitment option that turns the flexible pouch into part of an easy-to -use, sanitary, manual-dispensing system - ideal for mustard, Ketchup, mayonnaise, salad dressings and more.
