Cryovac® Pouch Packaging for Poultry

The Cryovac® Onpack 2070 Packaging System for fresh poultry parts such as leg quarters, boneless breasts and wings is a vertical-form-fill-seal system that creates a leak-resistant pouch. By using Cryovac® FS 5000 series films, finished packages are produced with excellent abuse resistance, superior seal strength, and are less messy than the traditional clipped polyethylene bag, creating an improved retail appearance.

Onpack 2070 System Features

Unique soft discharge design that cushions product fall, which minimizes bone punctures.
Production speeds of 25 packages per minute are currently being achieved for 10 lb chicken leg quarter packages.
Exclusive two-part fill capability enables processors to simultaneously package product with marinades and other value-added sauces such as barbecue and lemon pepper.
