Accu-Cut™ Automated Converting Systems
- Quickly converts single or multiple rolls of AirCap® or Bubble Wrap® cushioning, Cell-Aire® foam products or Kushion Kraft® paper into custom cut sheets.
- Automatically cuts to any desired length from 6" to 300", in widths up to 50" (Accu-Cut™ 480) or 78" (Accu-Cut™ 760).

Instasheeter™
High-Speed Converting System
- Ideally suited for on-line and work cell packaging applications.
- Quickly converts rolls of AirCap® or Bubble Wrap® cushioning, Cell-Aire® foam products or Kushion Kraft® paper into custom cut sheets.
- Excellent surface protection, cushioning or dunnage for small to medium voids.
- Combined with the Instaslitter™ Material-Roll-Slitter equipment option, the system will automatically dispense multi-slit sheets from one standard 24" roll of flexible wrap material.
Jiffy Packer® Paper Packaging Systems
Quickly convert rolls of multi-ply Void Kraft™ recycled paper into thickly embossed, flexible paper packaging material.
- Jiffy Packer® On-Line Systems provide centralized packaging for maximum productivity.
- The Jiffy Packer® Benchside is a floor model mounted on casters for greater positioning flexibility around, or even in between, packing tables.
- The Jiffy Packer® Benchtop model is designed to sit on top of the packing table and dispense material into the carton.
